Jaguar Landrover x Gorillaz Recruitment Challenge

As an innovative recruitment activation to reach a new pool of talent and break down misconceptions about automotive engineering, we developed a series of interactive games within the award-winning Gorillaz AR App which renarrated engineering as an exciting, cutting-edge career path. The games tested digital, visual and coding proficiency in fun and unique ways, with successful participants short-listed for interviews at Land Rover. 
The games led to a huge response - 41,000 people from 35 different countries took part, and over 500 people completed all levels. We further scaled the Gorillaz virtual game into a real-life, physical garage at Jaguar Land Rover Tech Fest and across UK universities.
